APRIL 30th 2012

I think we've now got our cast assembled for the next short.

Shooting will probably be end of May / start of June, depending on when everyone's free.

We're also planning to shoot a video pitch to try to raise money for Unpredictable - yes, we haven't forgot about it!

MARCH 31st 2012

We're now in pre-production for our next short film which we'll be shooting in May.

We still need some actors to make up the cast, so if this sounds like you, or anyone you know, please get in touch.

Male (40-50 years old)
Female (40-50 years old) Blonde.

* These are all emotional roles.
** The older male and female will have to smoke (or at least pretend to) in one scene.

No pay, I'm afraid and actors will have to sort out their own travel arrangements for a day's rehearsal in Portstewart and 1-2 days shooting on the North Coast.

This film is being done on a shoestring but we will be hitting festival circuit hard with it.

FEBRUARY 27th 2012

Dated & Working Late will be showing at the Film Devour Short Film Festival on 7th March at the Black Box, Belfast. Doors open 7.30pm so come along and support local film-making.

We're also waiting to hear if we're going to be getting funding for our next short. Whether we do or don't, we WILL still be making it, so if you want to help out with acting, crew, make-up or locations, get in touch. We're planning an April shoot.

JANUARY 24th 2012

The Andy Porter Retrospective is back on! This is the night of short films that was postponed from last year. It will now be happening in The Portrush Playhouse on Tuesday 7th February at 8pm. All the films showing that night either star or were made by someone from the North Coast. Admission is free so come along and support local indie cinema. Two of our films, Working Late and Dated will be showing that night, along with the premiere of the long-awaited new short from the Benson Brothers, Tosser and many other local short films.

We're also in preparation for another short and - if we can raise the money - we hope get our full length movie, Unpredictable filmed this summer. If you want to send us your headshot and CV, we'll keep you in our database and get in touch when casting auditions start.
